Shipping policy

We currently ship within the EU only, to all 27 EU member states.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping within Germany | For shipping to all other EU countries, we charge a flat rate of €7.00 per order — no surprise shipping fees at checkout.

Delivery Time

Please allow around 2 weeks from order to delivery. This includes up to one week of processing time, during which we print and prepare your order, plus shipping time that varies slightly depending on which EU country you're in. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

If you have a time-sensitive order (for example, a gift), feel free to reach out to info@betweenhorses.com before ordering, so we can let you know whether we'll be able to deliver in time.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the stated delivery time, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside our control, such as issues with the shipping carrier or customs processing. We're not responsible for such carrier or customs delays, though this does not affect any statutory rights you may have if your order fails to arrive within a reasonable time — please get in touch if your delivery is taking significantly longer than expected, and we'll help sort it out.
